What is a Board MLM Plan?
A Board MLM plan (also known as a Revolving Matrix or Gifting Board) organizes members into a fixed-size matrix board — typically a 2×2, 2×3, or 2×4 structure. When all positions in a board are filled, the board "splits" and the top member "cycles out" with a cycling bonus.
The two members directly below the top split to become leaders of two new boards. All lower-level members are distributed into these new boards. The cycled member then re-enters at the bottom of a new or upgraded board, beginning the cycle again.
Board plans are particularly powerful because they create guaranteed income milestones — every member knows exactly how many new recruits are needed before they cycle and earn.

Board Positions Fill Up
As more members join and refer others, positions in the 2×2 (or other size) board fill from top to bottom, level by level.
Board Fills — Split Triggers
The moment the last position in the board is filled, the system automatically triggers a split event with instant notification to all board members.
Top Member Cycles Out
The member at the top of the board receives their cycling bonus credited instantly to their eWallet. They are removed from the current board.
Two New Boards Created
The two L2 members each become the top of a new board. Lower members are split between the two new boards. New positions open for recruits.
Cycled Member Re-Enters
The cycled member automatically (or manually) re-enters the next available board — either the same level or an upgraded higher-tier board.
