We are looking for a Sales lead professional who has experience in IT Staffing/Staff Augmentation/External Resourcing experience and demonstrated success in bringing new business to contribute to our company’s growth objectives.

What are you going to do?

  • Partner with the Senior Leadership to strategise, execute, and oversee marketing initiatives that facilitate lead generation and conversion at a rate that supports corporate growth goals.
  • Fulfill clients’ IT Staff Augmentation needs through requirement qualification and working directly with the consulting and recruiting organization to bring talent resources to the customer.
  • Assess prospects’ needs and goals, understand their purpose, and respond appropriately.
  • Handle new client acquisition for IT staffing services for the pan-India market.
  • Prepare scope of work, service agreements, costing and proposal presentations and pitches for prospective clients.
  • Generate new prospects with cold calling, email campaigns, networking etc. Nurture leads, build rapport and set up meetings with the decision-makers of prospective clients.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and business proposals.
  • Strategising effective sales plans and meeting sales targets, thereby also contributing to team targets.

What are you going to do?

  • 5+ Years of experience in full-cycle IT Staffing/IT services environment. Must have a strong sales attitude.
  • Proven business development experience and demonstrated success at sourcing, nurturing, and converting leads.
  • Experience using research and marketing tools to identify and grow new business leads.
  • Strong understanding of strategic sales techniques and principles specified in the software consulting industry.
  • Proven network and connections in Pan India.
  • Experience in an IT staffing/ IT Recruitment Consultancy and taking it to the next level will be preferable.
  • Experience managing a high-performance business development team.
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Extrovert nature – Does not mind calling new/unknown people.
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
