Business Development Manager
We are seeking an adaptable and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team.
Job Description:
As an HR Executive at Cloudhouse Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing HR operations, office administration, accounts, and general office tasks. You will also handle recruitment, purchasing activities, and communication needs, demonstrating a positive “can-do” attitude. The role requires occasional travel and fluency in both English and Malayalam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including organizing meetings, maintaining supplies, and ensuring a smooth work environment.
- Accounts Management: Handle basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, managing expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Purchasing: Coordinate and manage company purchasing activities, including vendor negotiations, supply acquisition, and tracking orders.
- Phone Calls & Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally, providing information and addressing inquiries.
- Employee Relations: Assist with onboarding, address HR-related queries, and promote employee engagement.
- Travel & Flexibility: Be open to occasional travel for recruitment or office-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Positive, “can-do” attitude with a proactive approach to handling tasks.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam (both spoken and written).
- Experience in HR roles with a focus on recruitment, office management, and basic accounting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
